FUZE Fitness Studio, LLC™ also offers Women's Self Defense Classes and Eagle Claw Kung Fu instruction with Master Pedro Goncalves, one of six Masters of this Kung Fu system in the world.

The Eagle Claw system is one of the oldest, complex and most complete of the surviving Northern Shaolin styles. The techniques of the Eagle Claw system are inspired by the movements of the eagle: powerful claws, quick eyes, fluid movements and lightning fast techniques.
